11 days of annual leave... and it's ending!! (:
Day 1: Spent time with family..... Night time met up with Ronn twin, Mark and Rachel Chng and watched Harry Potter which ended at 1am at CCK!!!!
Day 2: Went to chruch, attended mass, usual Kanektas chill out.... then dinner at grandma's place.
Day 3: Darling came over.. we went to East Coast to cycle, and then had our manicures done. And oh yes! Darling slept over at my place! (: My first visitor! (:
Day 4: Met up with the rest of the partial nurse gang... Tingting and Jane.. Great catching up.. Dinner with Ronn Twin cause it was his birthday! Had lots of fun and laughter! (:
Day 5: Met Jem Tham @ Tampines.. and followed by Kris at Bugis and then Charms at CCK. (:
Day 6: Spent a day out with my sister. (:
Day 7: Picnic with Charms babe at Marina Barrage where i got my tann! on a cloudy day! haha.. Then met up with Marcus, Ben, Leroy, Timo and Ronn. (: Around Raffles City.... Peninsula Plaza... Met Pat for dinner.. Then back to meet the same people... Off to esplanade. (:
Day 8: Woke up and headed down to AES to watch SJKFC's soccer match and be their medic! (: and they won!!! 3-2! Woohooo! (: Oh yes.. and i became more tann after the match. after that lunch with Melvin, and down to town with Rach, Timo and Marcus... and Leroy and Charms, with Wayne mark and Ronn to the airport for dinner! (: Oh yes! and the 2nd person who slept over! Rach! (:
Day 9: Woke up and flew down to SJC for mass... the usual Kanektas Chill out again... Joy ride with Leroy, Ben and Marcus... Mt Faber and dinner at home with family.. (:
Day 10: Slept in... Met dearest beloved co-fac aka ST BF Winston Chiang.. Spent like 7 hours catching up! And oh yes! He cooked dinner! It was yummilicious! (:
Day 11: Woke up.. headed for my dental appointment.. *smiles* hahaha... then run errands with mum.... came home.. and went jogging around.... Rahhhhhh...........
And so that concludes my 11 days off! (: and now... tmr back to work! Morning shift! Rah rah rah! It's ok.. After that i'm on night.. Should be quite ok.. Just that all the patients will look super different i guess? (:

Val's been having lots of movies! (:
Yesterday slept for a few hours, headed to SJC for mass. Was madness! I left the house at like 835am? Reached SJC at 855am! hahaha! Flying car!!!! hahahahaha!
Anyway. Attended mass, went for growth sessions. and oh! it was tonia's birthday too! As a surprise, a few of us got Tonia stalks of SUNFLOWERS!! :( Val wants them too....... So while val was holding them.. she took pictures with them! hahaah! (: Charms was saying "Who would propose with sunflowers la! and hold a boquet of sunflowers for her wedding!?" and immediately my eyes lit up and i was like.. "MEEEEEeeee!!!!" haha.
Today! (:
Once again... slept for a few hours and rushed out to town to meet Benedict, Marcus, Andrea, Timo, Rachel Chng, Jeremy and Jonathan for 9am breakfast at Cine la!!! Sounds crazy i know. haha. But suppose to watch Transformers 2 yesterday. but plans changed. So in the end we watched it this morning.. And had to be an early show cause i was going to meet darling.
So.. 9am breakfast at Burger King.. that left Marcus and Jeremy running to the toilet many times. Wonder what happened. Anyway.. watched the 1020am Transformers 2 with Benedict and Marcus cause the rest watched it already. It was such a great show!! Transformers never fails. ((: But it was terrible because i was freezing in the cinema! Was already wearing Marcus' jacket but was still freezing! hahaha.. You can see how huge the jacket is!
And for him.. he was running toilets. But nonetheless the movie was awesome! Though we were tricked by Rachel Chng who told us to wait till credits were over! and we really waited!!!! and while waiting we took a photo but the stupid cinema lady was making so much noise! hahaha! "Hello hello! Cannot take photo here arh!!"
haha...and we were tricked!!! There was nothing at the end of the credits! Oh wells. Anyway after that we met up with the rest and darling. and we went to have lunch together before going off our date. hahaha....
Darling and i had fun shopping around and all... and i watched movie again!!!!!!!! Haha. We caught Ghosts of Girlfriend's Past. Talk about movie, something very funny happened. Jenn and i were eating at Long John's Silver for dinner.. talk and talk.. when suddenly she asked.. "DARLING! what time is our movie?!!!" and when i looked at my watch, shit! it was 7.35pm! and movie was 7.25pm la! hahaha!!!!!! WE RUUUUSSSHHEDD like mad there. haha. So funny la!
Anyway it was a good movie! Really had fun today and yesterday too! Both great off days! Wheee!! Now got to think of work coming up tmr... oh wellsss...

Post night post night!!!! (:
Sleeping day:
Reached home after work at about 9plus.. bathe.. and woke at 1030am to meet Jenn to set up our UOB accounts. But that silly darling of mine forgot her IC and the person didnt allow her to start an account. haha!
After that.. it was facial!!! It was soooo good! darling, we must have our monthly facial dates ok! haha. After an hour plus, we left for town. Shopped around, laughed... Oh! and we went to check out Orchard Central that was opened. I made Jenn take the long long escalator all the way.. (PS: she's scared of heights) haha. Should have seen how she held on to the escalator for dear life. haha! Some shots of evidence. It took me effort to convience her to take a picture tog. haha.
She didnt dare to look! haha!
Anyway.. after shopping around, she left with da ge for her family dinner.. and i went to meet Ronn for dinner. And we couldnt think of what to eat! And it dawn upon us that it was Tuesday!! Which means it's Gelare TUESDAY!!!!! Woohooo! So since we were at Plaza Sing, we hurried there.. BUT GUESS WHAT LA!!!! Gelare closed down!!! It was so disappointing and anti-climax la! In the end we settled for Ajisen Ramen...
Off day!:
Decided to sleep in till like noon? Got up, went down to town to sell of the lousy LG phone.. Rah! What a disappointment. Anyway, after that met Charles for some catching up and worship team related.. Brought me to this place called Zhou's Kitchen la! hahaha! First i have a Valerie botique, now i've got a Zhou's kitchen. Not bad eh! hahaha! and when we first reached there, something on the table caught my eye instantly!!! hahaha.
I couldn't help but laugh la!!! So funny. But anyway.. food is good! Dim Sum!! Val's fav! You guys should go try it there sometime soon. And the homemade herbal tea! My goodness!!! Powerful!!!! Immediately you feel "disinfected" internally. haha!
After that, Charles had to meet Jem. So i got a lift from him to CCK... To catch up with people who live there? But our dear Charms was too busy with her piano related work! So anyway.. Subra said he was at his grandma's... and oh wells. see la! So rare i appear there! and in the end all not free.. So only my dearest Twin came. We walked around.. bought more $6.95 movies to add on to my collection. and we went to the Garden roof to chill. It's so nice! Seeing little kids running everywhere.
After that.. we went to 302 to have Tau Huay with Atap seeds. It may sound weird! But! It's nice!! Just try! hahaha... memories of 302... sigh....
